Step 1: Precision Design & Non-Standard Customization
Production starts with blueprint design by our professional team. Step 2: Laser Cutting & Plate Bending
This combined step uses high-precision laser cutting machines. We utilize thickened, high-strength plates (more wear-resistant than standard ones) to extend equipment life. Laser cutting achieves a precision of 0.1mm, reducing waste. Then, CNC bending machines shape plates with accurate angles, ensuring neat structures for stable assembly.
Step 3: Fine Welding & Polishing
Experienced technicians perform welding with the CO2 shielded process for full and firm welds. After welding, we conduct comprehensive polishing to remove weld beads and burrs, making component surfaces smooth and delicate, laying a solid foundation for subsequent spraying.
Step 4: Professional Spraying for Aesthetic Surface
Polished components undergo degreasing and phosphating to enhance coating adhesion. We use eco-friendly powder coatings and electrostatic spraying for even coverage. After high-temperature curing, the equipment surface is bright, smooth, and anti-peeling, with excellent aesthetics and corrosion resistance.
Step 5: Precision Assembly
Components are assembled strictly per the drawings. Our staff check and install each part carefully, ensuring every screw is tightened and every circuit connected properly, guaranteeing stable overall operation of the equipment.
Step 6: Comprehensive Quality Inspection
After assembly, we test power stability, air pressure system tightness, and all functions. Equipment runs continuously under simulated working conditions. Only those passing all tests are qualified for delivery.
Step 7: Export Standard Packaging
Exported equipment is packed in custom solid wooden crates, which resist impact during transportation. The crates are reusable, reducing costs and practicing environmental protection, ensuring safe delivery globally.
