Product Introduction

This wet sandblasting machine is an eco-friendly water circulation blasting equipment,

suitable for precision surface treatment ofhardware, molds, jewelry, auto parts, electroni

components and metal workpieces. It adopts water-abrasive mixed blastingtechnology to

completely eliminate flying dust, provide a clean and safe working environment and meet

global environmentalprotection standards.

Water buffers the impact force of abrasives to deliver soft and even blasting effect. It will not

cause scratches, deformation or over-etching on thin and delicate workpieces such as aluminum

alloy, copper parts, plastic ornaments and precision molds. Thebuilt-in water and abrasive separation

recycling system allows repeated use of abrasives to cut consumable costs. A dedicated slag outlet facilitates

quick residue cleaning, and the machine can run continuously for long hours without clogging.Humanized

configurations are equipped for easy operation and maintenance, including large transparent viewing window,

wear-resistant sealed operation gloves and foot pedal control switch. The top exhaust device quickly discharges

internal water vapor to maintain clear sight all the time. It supports multiple surface treatment processes: rust removal,

oxide layer cleaning,carbon deposit elimination, deburring, matte frosting, as well as surface pre-treatment before painting,

electroplating and anodizing.
