Product Introduction

This wet sandblasting machine is an eco-friendly water circulation blasting equipment, suitable for precision surface treatment of
hardware, molds, jewelry, auto parts, electronic components and metal workpieces. It adopts water-abrasive mixed blasting
technology to completely eliminate flying dust, provide a clean and safe working environment and meet global environmental
protection standards.

Water buffers the impact force of abrasives to deliver soft and even blasting effect. It will not cause scratches, deformation or
over-etching on thin and delicate workpieces such as aluminum alloy, copper parts, plastic ornaments and precision molds. The
built-in water and abrasive separation recycling system allows repeated use of abrasives to cut consumable costs. A dedicated slag
outlet facilitates quick residue cleaning, and the machine can run continuously for long hours without clogging.

Humanized configurations are equipped for easy operation and maintenance, including large transparent viewing window,
wear-resistant sealed operation gloves and foot pedal control switch. The top exhaust device quickly discharges internal water
vapor to maintain clear sight all the time. It supports multiple surface treatment processes: rust removal, oxide layer cleaning,
carbon deposit elimination, deburring, matte frosting, as well as surface pre-treatment before painting, electroplating and
anodizing.

Application Industries

Widely applied to hardware accessories, precision molds, jewelry crafts, automobile engine parts, electronic metal housings,
medical fittings, aluminum alloy die castings, stainless steel ornaments and plastic parts. It can remove welding spots, rust,
oxide scale, carbon deposits and burrs, create uniform matte frosted texture, and improve the adhesion of subsequent painting and
electroplating.
