Recently,Baiyao successfully completed the production,inspection,packing,and container loading of two overseas orders.One shipment was delivered to Russia,while the other was shipped to thailand.Every machine underwent comprehensive testing and inspection before leaving the factory to ensure reliale preformance upon arrival.

The first shippment was a 324 Tumble Belt Shot Blasting Machine.To ensure safe transportion over long-distance sea freight,the machine was packed in six export-standard wooden crates. The main machine,spare parts ,and electrical components were individually protected and securely fixed to minize the risk of damage during transit.

This machine is widely used for batch surface treatment of castings ,forging ,and hardware parts. It efficiently remove rust,oxide scale,and burrs while creating a clean surface for subsequent coating ,painting ,or other finishing processes.

Full 40-Foot Container Loaded with a Custom Turntable Sandblasting Machine for Thailand

the second shipment was a custom-bulit turntable sandblasting machine together with one air compressor for a customer's in Thailand .The complete system was specially designed according to the customer's production process ,and capacity requirements,including the automatic blasting system,turntable mechanism ,dust and collection system,turntable mechanism ,dust collection system,and supporting air compressor.

Because of its large size ,the complete system filled an entire 40-foot shipping container.During loading,our logistics team carefully arranged the equipment to maximize container space while using wooden support ,protective wrapping ,and multiple fixing points to ensure safe transportation.
