HOW TO INSTALL AND USE 324 TUMBLE BELT SHOT BLASTING

Tumblast shot blasting machines are widely used for cleaning ,descaling ,rust removal ,and surface strengthening of hardware parts,casting ,forgings ,and automotive components,Proper installation and operation ensure stable performance ,installation and operation ensure stable performance ,improve blasting efficiency ,and extend the machine'sservice life.This guide explains the basic installation and operating procedures.

1. Machine  INstallation 

step 1: Position the Machine

Place the machine on a flat and stable surface ,leaving sufficient space around  it for operation, maintenance ,and servicing .

step 2 : Install the Bucket Elevator

Install the bucket elevator according to the machine layout and securely fasten all connection points.

After installation ,check all connections to ensure they are secure .

step 3 :Install the Elevator Belt 

After installing the elevator belt,make sure the rotation direction is correct.

Also check the belt tension :

• If too losse ,the belt may slip .
• If too tight ,it may overload the motor.

Adjust the tension properly to ensure smooth operation.

step4: Connect the Power Supply

Connect the power supply according to the machine specifications and ensure the voltage matches the requirements.

Before startup ,verify that all motors rotate in the correct direction.

     2.Machine  OPeration 

step 1:Trial Run Without Abrasive

    Before the first use ,perform a trial run without abrasive media.

Start all motors and observe the machine operation.

Main inspection points:

•  Correct fan rotation direction
•  No abnormal vibration
• No unusual  noise

If everything operates normally ,stop the machine.

step 2:Add Steel Shot

When starting the machine:

1. Turn on the dust collector fan 
2. Start the bucket elevator
3. Slowly add steel shot through the loading port

For the initial setup ,approximately  two ~three bags of steel shot is recommended (depending on machine model)

Avoid overloading the machine with excessive abrasive media.

step 3:Start Shot Blasting 

Load the workpieces into the rubber belt chamber

Then follow these steps:

1. Start the tumble belt rotation.
2. Close the machine door .
3. Turn on the blast wheel .

The machine will begin the automatic shot blasting process.
