To meet The client's requirements for processing complex workpieces ,Baiyao Sandblasting has succesfully completed a cutom automatic &manual  turntable  sandblasting machine .The machine has passed factory texting and is ready for shipment.

Designed with a compact footprint ,the machine integrates automatic blasting ,manual blasting ,a rotary table ,and  an  independent dust collection system into one unit ,It saves valuable workshop space while improving production efficiency ,making it ideal for factories with limited floor space.

The machine is equipped with six automatic blasting guns,one manual blasting gun,and a 700mm automatic rotary table .During operation ,the workpiece rotates continuously while the six automatic guns blast from multiple angles ,delivering fast,uniform,and consistent surface finishing.

For deep holes ,grooves,welds,and other diffcult -to-reach areas ,the manual blasting gun allows operators to perform precise touch-up blasting ,ensuring complete and consistent surface treatment on complex parts.

The combination of automatic and manual blasting provides greater flexibility for different products.It increases production efficiency,reduce labor coat ,and dilivers more consistent  blasting quality across a wide range of workpieces.

The machine also features an independent dust collection system that efficiently captures  blasting dust ,keeps the cabinet clean,improves the working environment,and provides a safer and more environmentally friendly blasting solution.
