finishing.Recently , a customer in Vietam partnered with BYAR to improve the surface quality of a batch of precision- machined stainless steel valve bodies used in dustrial fluid control systems.
The valve bodies featured a complex structure with multiple ports andsealing surfaces .Although the parts had already been machined to precise tolerances,visible machining marks remianed on the surface.The client was looking for a solution that could create a more uniform appearavce while preparing the parts for subsequent cleaning and assembly processes.
After reviewing the application and texting several samples ,BYAR provided a customized Indexing Turntable Automatic Sandblaster solution .The machine was configured to handle the valve bodies efficiently while miantaining consistent blasting results across every part.

The equipment was designed with eight working stations and twelve blasting guns ,allowing multiple parts to be processed continuously.This helped the client improve productivity while maintaining a high level of surface consistency.
Once production began ,the results quickly met expectations .The original machining marks were significantly reduced,and the surface developed a clean,even satin finish .The treated parts not only but also provided a better foundation for downstream processes
According to the cutomer,production efficiency increased noticeably after the installation of the machine .More importanrly ,the consistency between parts improved significantly ,helping reduce rework and improve overall product quality .
