Improved Coating Adhesion on Heating Tube with Conveyor Automatic Sandblasting Machine

Today, a client visited our factory for sample texting using our conveyor -type automatic sandblasting machine. The product texted was heating tubes.

The client had previously purchased one machine from us, and this time brought new workpieces for another test.After sandblasting, the oxidation layer, welding marks,and minor surface scratches on the heating tubes were effectively removed. The surface became more uniform and delicate, while also improving coating adhesion, marking it less likely for paint to peel off and increasing corrsion resistance.

The client was very satisfied with the balsting result and said,''if the effect is as good as expected this time,we will order another machine.
