Automatic Sandblasting Machine Suitable for Surface Treatment of Motorcycle and Automotive Parts

Working Principle
1. Loading Stage: Place workpieces to be processed neatly on the conveyor belt. The belt is motor-driven,

with adjustable operating speed according to process requirements.
2. Blasting Process: Upon entering the enclosed blasting chamber, the nozzle propels abrasive media

(e.g., quartz sand, garnet, glass beads) at high velocity onto the workpiece surface at preset angles and

pressures. The impact and cutting action of the abrasive removes surface scale, rust, burrs, oil contamination,

or old coatings.
3. Sorting and Recycling Stage: After blasting, the abrasive and dislodged contaminants fall to the chamber floor.

They are separated via a cyclone separator or screen. Qualified abrasive is recycled, while contaminants are

 collected for disposal.
4. Discharge Stage: The treated workpieces exit the blasting chamber on the conveyor belt, completing the
